It&#8217;s an easy way of keeping track of who&#8217;s turn it is at any given time of a combat encounter. Not only is it extremely easy, it&#8217;s also the first turn tracking method I tried that actually let the players in on what&#8217;s actually going on ahead of my telling them.<\/p>\n<p>Still&#8230; After a few hours of gaming, when blood sugar levels are low&#8230;<!--more-->Errhmm&#8230; I obviously mean when the sugary rush of a few combat encounters push the players into their first sugar withdrawal, You&#8217;ll need to whip your players into activity and make them plan ahead.  Otherwise, they&#8217;ll just hang around the table waiting for someone to poke them.<\/p>\n<p>What I usually do, is that I try to tell every player to start planning their next move as the player before them is doing his\/her turn.
