Today we’re gonna use some of the things we’ve created, and create some more. This is a good way of building a library of good and useful items that can be used in Dundjinni<\/a> or any other mapmaking software.<\/p>\n

We start up OmniGraffle<\/a>, and start to build a wardrobe with the lego pieces we have created.<\/p>\n

First, we add a pair of doors to the bottom layer, like this.<\/p>\n

Then we create a new layer above this layer, and add a table to that layer, and we got:<\/p>\n

OK, now when we are really creative, let’s add a drawer to the bottom layer, like this:<\/p>\n

Now, add a new layer between the two layers you have, and add another drawer to that layer.<\/p>\n

Now, just add another table to the top layer.<\/p>\n

And we got a two drawer armoires or wardrobes.<\/p>\n

So, this is how the four different wardrobes I created to day look like:<\/p>\n

Nice, and they all look different. No more “That is<\/strong><\/em> Mr Mordaks armoire, what does it do here?”
\nRemember, there was no IKEA and no <\/span>Billy the bookcase<\/span> back in the days of medieval fantasy. Every piece of furniture was hand made by a skilled, sometimes no that skilled, craftsman.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

I promised in action shots, and here we have one more. I replaced the table with a wardrobe, as it fits better in that bedroom.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
