I just needed to tweak a little more, and make another sack out the the ones I already have, so lets see how it went.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>We start up <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cheetah3d.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Cheetah3D<\/a> again to start to tweak. We create a ball, that we set 120 in polygon count and then size it to cover almost all of the sack object. We then do a Boolean Intersect, to remove the part that is outside the ball.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/4eyes.code66.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/egmrk12-02.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4714\" title=\"egmrk12-02\" src=\"http:\/\/4eyes.code66.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/egmrk12-02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"320\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Now, we need a new sack material texture, and we use a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.filterforge.com\/?affiliateid=200100725\" target=\"_blank\">FilterForge<\/a> filter called course fabric 2.0, which is very good.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/4eyes.code66.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/egmrk12-01.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4715\" title=\"egmrk12-01\" src=\"http:\/\/4eyes.code66.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/egmrk12-01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Now, we apply the new fabric texture to the object.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/4eyes.code66.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/egmrk12-03.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4713\" title=\"egmrk12-03\" src=\"http:\/\/4eyes.code66.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/egmrk12-03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"310\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>As you can see, the bottom doesn&#8217;t look good at all, too cut off. We zoom in on that and select all the polygons there and do a Catmull-Clark subdivision on it.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/4eyes.code66.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/egmrk12-04.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4712\" title=\"egmrk12-04\" src=\"http:\/\/4eyes.code66.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/egmrk12-04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"237\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Now, we use the Magnet tool and add some distortion to our new sack. And this is how it looks in the modeler now.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/4eyes.code66.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/egmrk12-05.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4711\" title=\"egmrk12-05\" src=\"http:\/\/4eyes.code66.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/egmrk12-05.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"575\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And we render two versions, where we use the Magnet a little more between the renders, to get two different looking sacks.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/4eyes.code66.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/egmrk12-06.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4710\" title=\"egmrk12-06\" src=\"http:\/\/4eyes.code66.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/egmrk12-06.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"589\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/4eyes.code66.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/egmrk12-07.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4709\" title=\"egmrk12-07\" src=\"http:\/\/4eyes.code66.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/egmrk12-07.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"595\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I can say I am more pleased with these than their ancestors, but I will use both in the upcoming market.
