Treasure time!

Every adventurer wants to find loot, so today we’re gonna create some treasure parcels for this adventure.

OK, so following the guidelines in the DMG, the parcel budget is:
1 treasure of 3 parcels, one of two parcels, and three with a single parcel.

Treasures.
The big one should of cause be found at the last encounter, Kerricks hideout. I think the double parcel should be at Zwesch house, and the other parcels at the warehouse , the sewers and the docks.

Treasures:
Sewers (parcel 6 )
( level 1):
One Potion of healing and 130 gp
( level 7): One Potion of healing and 130 gp and five small jade figures with gold inlays, worth 250 gp each

Zwesch house (parcel 4, 8 )
( level 1): Thiefs Armor +1 (Leather armor  +1 Stealth and Thievery ) plus 100 gp and 200 sp
( level 7): Thiefs Armor +3 (Leather armor  +3 Stealth and Thievery ) plus four 100 gp gems and 450 gp

The warehouse (parcel 2 )
( level 1):  Flaming weapon +1 (DM choose weapon of primary defender or striker)
( level 7):  Flaming weapon +2 (DM choose weapon of primary defender or striker)

The docks (parcel 7)
( level 1):  Potion of healing and 70 gp
( level 7):  Two Potions of healing, 250 gp and a golden brooch with gems, worth 500 gp

Kerricks hideout (parcel 1,3,10 )
( level 1):  Staff of storms +1, Eladrin Chainmail +1 and 30 gp plus 100 sp
( level 7):  Magic staff +3, Black iron scale mail +2 and 300 gp

So, now we have a treasure disposition, and also some cool items to put in the hands of the bad guys, very nice.
