Time to fix the miller’s market stand today. We have a mill, we have bags of grain, and we have a table and a tent. Hmm, what can we use more? I know, a small wagon, to transport those heavy mill stones back to the miller’s house.

So, we start our dear Cheetah3D, and create a cylinder that we shape like a wheel.

We add the plank wood texture to it, the one we’ve used before, and then rotate it 90 degrees. We then create a tube, size it thin and place it just over the wheel, like an iron rim. We use the built in Rusted Steel texture, but change it so it is a little darker, and more worn.

Now, we copy the wheel three times, and place the wheels one in each corner of our imaginary wagon. Then we rotate each of the steel rims a little so they look a little different with the rust marks.

We add a wagon board, and a pulling rig, and set the wood plank texture to the board, and a dark iron texture to the rig. This is our wagon in Cheetah3D.

And here it is, with shadows added, and rendered so the wheel get the correct texture and not just the modeler default base color. As you can see, the wheel do not look exactly the same.

So, we start up OmniGraffle, and start to assemble the market stand for the miller. I added som dirt around the mill, to simulate where the miller have been going around and around doing his work, or maybe it was his employees who did that, not him.

So, I think this one is really nice, a good addition to the growing market collection.

What we will do tomorrow I have no clue of what so ever, so that will remain a secret until then.
