A new day mean a new hat. Does mad as a hatter mean something to you now?
Cheetah3D again, and create a new Spline. Now you have realized how the shape of the Spline effects the shape of the object created using Lathe. Guess the shape of this hat.
You probably guessed right, but you always have to adjust the shape a little, specially me, who cannot draw, so I need to adjust things by moving the points.
Adding a brownish texture to this one. Here you can see default texturing before any UV-mapping is done.
And here it has been UV-mapped using box model.
I use a blue ribbon color on this hat.
And as always, when you import it to Poser, you never know the scale.
But after some tweaking and resizing it looks pretty good.
And we now got three hats in DAZ Studio 3.
Three hats, hmm, I think I still need a few more.
