As I’ve now made a good base for a low polygon house, I decided to use that, modify it and make another house based on the first one.

Se we start to make some textures in FilterForge again, starting with my medieval house walls.

And here is a variation of the same texture for the upper wall.

And here is the one I will use as roof.

And here is the house with the next textures in Cheetah3D. The wannabe chimney is floating over it.

Now I need to sculpture the chimney, first I stretched the Box. Then I selected the top polygon.

I did a subdivision of it into 16 polygons.

Then I selected the inner four and deleted them. I then selected the points, copied them and moved them, then pasted them. (This can be done much easier, I promise I will show you in an upcoming session).

I now removed some unneeded points.

Then I rebuilt the top of the chimney with polygons by hand. It was quite easy.

So, will this house be a good one?
You will know i a few days time.
