DM maps, a very important, and often badly done job. I know, I have done bad DM maps myself, as when you create the adventure, everything seems to be so clear, so self explaining, but when you play, things looks different. That is one reason why I sometimes wait a few months after I’ve done an adventure before I play it, so it wont be fresh in memory.
And, Dundjinni was in a better mood today, so I could get the export to work.
This is the piece from dundjinni, with the warehouse second floor.
Back to todays menu. We start with making DM maps of the two guest room floors. They are not needed as battle maps, but DM needsd to know how to describe them.
This is the first guest room floor. (1) is the stairs down, (2) is the stairs up, simple as that. And (3) is the royal suite. Not so very royal, but as every good establishment, a good name can raise the fee a little.
This is the second floor, where some actual action did take place. (4), the stairs down, (5) the queens suite, (6) the baroness bedroom and (7), the secret staircase.
So, now we need a closeup for the encounter map.
This is the baroness room, as it became. (1) The empty bed frame. (2) The beddings, in a pile. (3) A painting of a valiant knight of Pelor in full plate armor, and of cause the secret door. (4) The secret stairs leading to the attic.
OK, enough for one day I say.
