So, now we have done some castle walls, but today I’m gonna show you a magic trick of the eye. This is really cool, so grab a seat.
Stones and grass, what more can we do with our castle wall to have fun. We can create the inner yard to add behind our other pieces, that sounds both doable and useful.
I hope you liked the idea of making a castle wall as much I did, it was really fun to do, but most walls usually have grass, not beach gravel on the outside, and today we’re gonna correct that little issue.
So, what more can we make and what kind of floor tiles do we need? Castle and town tiles for making basic street etc is probably something every DM needs, so lets do it.
Today, we’re gonna use the tile we made a few days back, and change it so we can use it in many different ways. We need tiles to connect seamlessly from one tile to another, the cave to the corridor etc.
I know you got the basics now, but like any good drill sergeant, I will repeat it until you can do it in your sleep, naa, just kidding. Today were making the 10′ wide corridor, and then tomorrow we will make some additional needed pieces so we can use this tile set while playing.
So, more tile making today, and as I promised you all, we’re gonna make a natural cave today. When we’re done in a week or so, we will have a nice set of classy tiles to use at the next gaming session.
Remember, you can use the tiles to build your maps with as well, just put them together and you will have a basic map as DM to get the whole picture.
We have spent the past days making floor tiles, but what is Dungeon & Dragons without dungeons? Like Star Wars without stars, or chocolate chip cookies without chocolate. So, we’re gonna make a cave tile today.
So, we’ve made a road floor tile, and added a little something to it, but if we want something more? Some forest beside the road? A little rougher terrain? You’ve come to the right place.
